I am a licensed mental health therapist providing individual and couples therapy to clients ages 15 and older. I received my MS in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Rochester, where I trained in a variety of therapeutic approaches for individuals, couples, and groups.

My clinical experience includes working at SUNY Geneseo’s College Counseling Center and SUNY Brockport’s Hazen Center for Integrated Care, providing individual and group counseling to students navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, relationship challenges, identity concerns, and life transitions. I also facilitated groups focused on anxiety management, grief and loss, and interpersonal process, while collaborating with psychiatric providers to support students’ mental health needs.

Prior to entering private practice, I worked as a primary therapist at a Unity Hospital mental health clinic in Rochester, NY. There, I provided individual, couples, and group therapy to adults experiencing a broad range of mental health concerns, including trauma, relationship difficulties, self-harm, psychosis, chronic pain, and eating disorders. I also co-led a grief and loss group and collaborated with psychiatric and primary care providers to support clients’ treatment needs.

These experiences have given me the opportunity to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with a wide range of concerns, informing my approach to providing thoughtful, individualized care.

I also have a Masters degree in Education and worked as a teacher before my career as a therapist. I bring my knowledge and experience in working with children and families to my therapeutic work by considering the whole person and relationships and experiences that shape mental health.
