I approach therapy creatively and collaboratively, recognizing that each person brings unique experiences, needs, and strengths to the process. My role is to guide and support clients in developing a deeper understanding of themselves, exploring how past experiences and unconscious beliefs may shape present-day struggles. My approach is integrative, grounded primarily in psychodynamic and emotion-focused theories, while also incorporating mindfulness-based cognitive strategies. I believe that personal growth is a lifelong process and that cultivating insight, self-awareness, and self-reflection can be meaningful foundations for emotional well-being and lasting change.
